Zaria Court was envisioned by Masai Ujiri as more than just a $25 million sports facility—it was designed as a "third space" where sport, hospitality, and culture intersect. For TORI, the insight was to move beyond the physical architecture and focus on the aspiration. Starting in July 2025, before the facility even opened, our goal was to build anticipation and "place-making" energy, ensuring that when the doors finally opened, Zaria Court wasn't just a building—it was a community.
