TORI was commissioned as the primary creative partner to capture the official launch of Soil & Water: Kigali Crossings at the Nyandungu Eco-Park. We documented the ground-level momentum of this international arts and ecology initiative through intimate interviews and high-end visual storytelling, laying the foundation for an ongoing global digital rollout that spans into 2027.

Environmental conservation is often discussed through rigid statistics, policy papers, and scientific datasetslanguage that rarely touches the human heart. To truly inspire a sustainable transformation in how we treat our natural resources, ecological dialogue needs to be anchored in material culture, shared ancestral spaces, and human storytelling. Contemporary art serves as a universal, boundary-crossing translator that can turn global environmental urgency into a deeply personal, felt reality.

Instead of standard corporate event coverage, TORI applied its signature "humanizing" lens to the launch at the Nyandungu Eco-Park. We went straight to the roots of the collaboration, conducting intimate, ground-level interviews with Benji (Founder of the NIROX Foundation), Innocent (Founder of Inema Arts Center and exhibiting artist), and the Nyandungu representatives. By capturing the raw, live dialogue between the visionary founders and local artistic pioneers, we established a deep narrative anchor for this long-term initiative
This launch content serves as the catalyst for an ongoing digital campaign designed to track the project's entire lifecycle. To bring this multi-layered experience to life online, our scope includes:
Creative Direction & Digital Strategy: Designing a modular digital rollout that mirrors the project's ecological and artistic fluidity.
Content Production & Editorial Storytelling: Conducting on-site launch interviews, capturing high-end visual assets, and humanizing the core vision of the founders, partners, and artists.
Artist Visual Profiles: Developing compelling, deep-dive digital features on the pool of international and local artists as they commence their residencies.
Ongoing Narrative Management: Steering the digital footprint and storytelling arc continuously from the initial launch through to the final exhibitions and closing concert.

By translating an ongoing, physical, open-air art program into a dynamic online movement, the digital rollout will expand the reach of Kigali Crossings far beyond the borders of the park. The continuous visual campaign and ongoing artist profiles will position Rwanda at the center of global conversations surrounding conservation, cultural exchange, and progressive ecological practices—amplifying the project's message across the creative community and a global audience.
