Insight

Move Afrika 2025 redefined audience participation by linking ticket access directly to social action, turning fans into active contributors to global health conversations. For TORI, the insight was to document more than just a concert; it was to capture a model of technical maturity and local ownership. Rwanda’s role as the permanent host for Move Afrika reinforced Kigali’s position as a gateway for cultural exchange, supported by world-class infrastructure and a narrative of African excellence.

Idea & Execution

Our approach translated a large-scale global initiative into a localized, human experience centered at BK Arena.

  • Local Ownership: We spotlighted the balance between global presence and local talent, featuring John Legend alongside Rwandan artist Bwiza.
  • "Glocal" Storytelling: We used a mix of cinematic wide shots to establish the arena's scale and intimate handheld moments to capture the communal energy and emotion of the audience.
  • Multi-Platform Content: Visuals included highlight films, social-first clips, photography, and timelapse sequences designed to balance real-time immediacy with narrative depth.
