Since 2023, Brink and Rwanda’s Ministry of ICT and Innovation (MINICT) have partnered to accelerate technology-driven SRH ventures. TORI was commissioned as the primary creative partner to document the journey of Cohorts 1 and 2.

The Hanga SRH Programme is a "narrative system in motion," where financial support meets technological ingenuity. For TORI, the insight was to bridge the gap between complex health-tech solutions and the real-world human impact they create. In a sector as sensitive and urgent as Sexual and Reproductive Health (SRH), our storytelling needed to be as precise as the technology and as empathetic as the service delivery. We understood that to scale these ventures, we had to make their impact visible to investors, governments, and the communities they serve.

Idea & Execution

Strategic Creative Direction: We handled the storyboarding, scripting, and voice-over work for the program’s flagship documentaries, ensuring a consistent tone that reflected both innovation and impact.

Content Ecosystem: Our team provided creative direction for two editors while simultaneously capturing photography and high-impact highlight visuals for innovation visits and the final showcases.

Growth Marketing: We produced the promotional video assets for the Cohort 2 application phase, which helped attract over 450 applicants from across the continent.

Documentary Screening: The final documentaries were screened at the program’s showcase, serving as the definitive visual record of how these 20 startups scaled their solutions across 11 countries.
