GO Muhazi is a specialized residential program supporting Rwanda’s most promising ag-tech founders. TORI was commissioned to document the week-long experience, which brought together farmers, policymakers, and funders. We captured the duality of the program: the "deep work" of lakeside workshops and coaching at Isano Lodge, and the high-stakes reality of field tours where ventures tested their solutions with local farmers. Our work provided a visual narrative of how innovation meets local realities to drive climate-smart agricultural growth.

Scaling an ag-tech venture requires more than just capital; it requires a deep grounding in local realities. For TORI, the insight was to capture the "rhythm" of the GO Muhazi residential-the transition from quiet, reflective mornings on the lake to the active, challenging environment of the farm. By documenting the interactions between founders, the Ministry of Agriculture, and local farmers, our storytelling illustrated that scaling innovation is a human process of listening, testing, and reflecting.

Our strategy focused on a documentary-style approach that balanced the professional stakes of the program with the serene atmosphere of the retreat.

By documenting GO Muhazi, TORI helped turn a private residential into a public proof-of-concept for climate-smart innovation.
