Since December 2025, TORI has served as the lead narrative and content partner for the newly renovated Amahoro Stadium. By developing a comprehensive storytelling strategy for this 45,000-seat landmark, we are documenting its transformation into a world-class sports and entertainment epicenter, ensuring its digital presence matches its physical grandeur.

A stadium of this magnitude can easily feel like "just a building" when it isn't game day. The insight for Amahoro Stadium was to position it as a living landmark- 24/7 destination for sports excellence and national identity. Our strategy moved beyond the matches to focus on the stadium’s role within the Kigali Sports City ecosystem, treating the physical infrastructure as a "stage" for Rwanda’s global ambitions.
